Very few people looking for the books in aisles (1-2)

A large number of people were sitting on computer stations and watching YouTube videos/playing games (30-35)

A large number of people working on their laptops/ reading a book/magazine (12-15)

Few people playing board games (6-8)

4-5 People were in line for interaction with the staff

The ready to pick-up section was full of reserved books. (Around 20)

Saw 4-5 people returning books in outside book drop-off
