Mi Studio Desktop Tool for creating and managing mobile websites and apps
Role:
An integral part of the product team from the ideation stage, which was used and appreciated by multiple customers.
Led UX design team to define the user experience for the tool. Feature prioritization based on, Support Tickets, Usage Data Analysis, User Study, and Surveys.
Responsible for building consensus on the next product features amongst key stakeholders. Interfacing with potential customers via product demos and training.
Key Contributions:
Led design team that was responsible for designing 40+ ready to use modules for creating mobile site & Apps. Created a theme-based approach for styling these modules.

The current modules were used internally for creating microsites were created for a specific customer need

The business wanted to create this as SaaS Product for different verticals with the initial focus on media & entertainment

Insights:

Users are not updated when the new modules are released & there is no place for users to get information on new/upcoming modules or features

A lot of time is spent in configuring the modules and the process is repetitive & boring
